what to expect at a meeting
Meeting Format
Our meetings begin with a short business meeting and announcements. The main meeting consists of a guest speaker or activity. The meeting ends with Show and Tell where members share projects they're working on or have completed.
Special Projects
The guild has several projects and challenges throughout the year. Instructions and patterns are given at the meeting and are available in the monthly newsletter. These are designed to encourage members to try something new or to learn a new technique.
Staying Connected
Members receive a monthly newsletter full of information about the guild and upcoming events. Members are able to join our private Facebook group, Quilt-A-Long With Us.

Retreat
Each fall, the guild sponsors a retreat. This is always a special time to foster new friendships, learn new techniques, and share our love for the art of quilting.
